The NNPC Oleum Scratch ‘N’ Win Promo is a nationwide campaign that rewards customers,
mechanics, resellers, dealers and distributors for purchase of genuine NNPC lubricants.
What are the Eligible NNPC Oleum Lubricants for the Promo?
The promo applies to the following NNPC Oleum lubricant sizes:
1. 1 Litre
2. 4 Litres
3. 5 Litres
Only products with an official Scratch ‘N’ Win panel are eligible for participation
What is the Promo Duration?
This promo runs from 20th December 2025 – 31st March 2026

2. Mechanics
3. Resellers
4. Distributors
5. Dealers
All participants must purchase eligible NNPC Oleum products within the promo period.
How do I participate in the NNPC Oleum Scratch 'N' Win Promo?
For Resellers, Dealers & Distributors:
1. Place orders for 1L, 4L or 5L Oleum products through existing order channels
2. Reward will be delivered virtually after order placement
For End-Consumers & Mechanics:
1. Purchase any eligible NNPC Oleum lubricant (1L, 4L, or 5L).
2. Scratch the Scratch ‘N’ Win panel on the product to reveal your 12-digits reward PIN.
3. Redeem the reward using either of the following methods
a. USSD Redemption
Dial *670O*00O*PIN# to redeem the reward instantly.
b. Web Redemption
visit: https://nnpc.cashtoken.ng/ or scan the Promo QR Code
Enter the 12-digit reward PIN in the designated input field on the webpage.
Click the “Redeem” button to redeem the reward instantly.

How do I receive my CashToken Reward?
You will receive CashToken (s) after redeeming your 12-digit PIN attached to the oleum bottles.
Simply follow the redemption instructions on the bottles. You can load on any network for free.
Other participants such as resellers, distributors and dealers will receive theirs virtually after
placing orders
What are the benefits of CashToken?
The benefits of one (1) CashToken are;
(a) Guaranteed Instant Cash Reward of N6.

Is there a notification after a successful redemption of my 12-digit Pin?
Yes. You will receive a CashToken gifting SMS after successful redemption of your 12-digit Pin.
Will my Reward Scratch card expire if I do not load it the same week it was received?
No you can load it anytime within the campaign period (3 months from start date).
How does the Promo Draw entries works?
Once you redeem your reward scratch card, you automatically qualify for the following draws weekly:
End-consumers & Mechanics: CashToken + 5G phone + Cash draw
Resellers: CashToken + Cash draw
Entries into these draws are valid for 1 week only. To participate weekly, participants must purchase
oleum lubricants weekly and load reward scratch cards.
Draws for other Prizes such as Brand-New Car, Passenger Tricycles, Standing Fridges and Generators
will happen at the end of the campaign.
Participants need to have only purchased and loaded reward scratch cards at any time during the
Promo to qualify for this grand finale draw.
How will I know that I have won?
You will get a win notification SMS and a phone call from CashToken Customer Service.
How do I receive my prize?
You will receive your Cash prize in your reward wallet immediately you get your win SMS notification
after the weekly draws
Product prizes redemption will be at the nearest NNPC fuel station. Pick-up details will be shared via
phone & SMS.
Grand finale draw prizes will be picked up at the Grand finale event. Details will be shared to winners
via phone & SMS.
How do I check my win balance?
Please dial *6700# and select wallet to check your win balance.
What can I do with my Cash Win?
There are two ways to spend your Cash Win:
(a) Withdraw cash into your bank account.
(b) Spend win on the CashToken platform (*6700#) to get more CashTokens.
Will I get my entire Cash Win?
a. 70% of NNPC-CashToken draw win is paid in cash.
b. You will get 10% as extra CashTokens
c. You will get 5% of the win as airtime.
d. You will be charged 15% of cash wins as administrative charges.
Do I need to register as a Reseller to participate in the Promo?
Registration is not mandatory but we encourage Resellers to register by providing Surname, First Name
and Phone number via USSD (*6700*000#) or by scanning available registration QR Codes
What else do I need to know as a Reseller?
Top-10 Resellers weekly by sales volume (number of cartoons purchased) will win automatic cash.
You can check your position weekly by dialing *6700*000# and select “Check Leaderboard”
